History & Tradition
Brazil
Royal Sun Blazei was first noticed in the 1960s growing wild in the Piedade region near São Paulo, where local communities called it Cogumelo do Sol, the mushroom of the sun.
Japan
Researchers brought spores to Japan, where it became known as Himematsutake. It has been cultivated there ever since and remains one of the most popular specialty mushrooms in Japanese markets.
How to Use
Its mild, nutty sweetness pairs well with coffee, cacao, oat milk lattes and smoothies, and it disappears into soups and broths.
Serving size: 1 scoop (1 g). Mix about 2 grams into your favorite hot beverage and enjoy daily. 60 servings per 2.1 oz pouch, 226 servings per 8 oz jar.
