We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. No minimum order required.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping typically delivers within 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time we ship within the United States only. We are not currently able to fulfill international orders but hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Shipping Issues

Hongo Tea Co is a small, founder-led company. Tim and Sandra drink these products every single day — and we are genuinely proud of everything we make. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to hear from you and we will make it right.

Simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order, let us know what happened, and we will work with you on a resolution — whether that is a replacement, a refund, or something else. In most cases you won't even need to send the product back.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us through our contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Timeframe

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will ship a replacement at no charge. We may ask for a photo of the damaged item to help us improve our process.
